We are engaged in offering Thermocol Pattern that are designed using latest techniques. The pattern is the principal tool during the casting process. It is the replica of the object to be made by the casting process. We use technologically advance tools to ensure that the products delivered with dimensional accuracy and minimum machining allowances to meet the exact requirement of our clients.
Moulding
Using our high-capacity continuous mixers (10 Tons/Hour).
Shivanand Technocast adopted No bake molding method to improve surface finishing, superior dimensional accuracy and minimize casting defects. We are equipped with continues sand mixer and mechanical reclamation plant to increase our productivity and reduce the requirement of fresh sand which is a limited natural resource.
Melting & Pouring
Precise metallurgical control using our induction furnaces.
Our melting is performed in Teri cupola furnaces. We are equipped with 2000kg tri-track induction furnace and 36" size cupola furnace that are charge with best quality of raw materials available. We are capable of producing castings ranging from 50Kg to 20,000Kg single piece.
Sand Reclamation
Our eco-friendly system recycling 90% of materials.
We prioritize sustainability through our modern sand reclamation system, achieving a 90% recovery rate to minimize our environmental footprint. This system allows us to reduce the requirement of fresh sand and maintain cost-effective production while being environmentally responsible.
Finishing & Machining
Bringing the casting to final specs on our VMCs/HMCs.
Our advanced CNC, VMC, and HMC machinery ensures precision finishing and machining to exact specifications. We deliver castings that meet the rigorous demands of OEM manufacturers with dimensional accuracy and superior surface quality.
Final Inspection
Rigorous testing before dispatch.
Every casting undergoes comprehensive testing including metallurgical analysis, mechanical testing, and precision measurement before dispatch. We provide a detailed Quality Report and Certificate with every delivery to ensure full traceability and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
